The Living Water Frequency Sanctuary was developed to offer consciousness shelter from the ravages of the ego. This shelter is not found in the body, but rather in the emotional body, which is the Home of the Spirit.

Although we unconsciously shift back and forth between the physical body and the emotional body, most of the conscious memories we rely on are limited past memories that are defined from a higher perspective as being fear based intelligence, or FBI.

Because of the underdeveloped conscious ability to understand how to move into a higher level of conscious emotional integrity, we will consciously need assistance in shifting away from the lower emotional influence of the ego, to the Higher Emotional Influence of the Spirit. The Sanctuary Frequency was developed to help the individual begin to make this shift.

All Living Water Frequencies were developed to support consciousness, not take over for it. If the Frequencies had this ability, there would be no need for consciousness. The purpose of consciousness is to make decisions, and then direct the Spirit towards a specific outcome. The problem is, consciousness is being used to direct the body. This has limited consciousness, and placed it under the control of the ego.

Purifying the unnatural control of ego/body memories is necessary. This purification will allow consciousness to move beyond the limited capacity of ego/body control, and then make the shift to deciding and directing for the the unlimited Spirit.

Wholly shifting from the ego/body to the Spirit/Emotional body, will happen according to the individuals acceptance level. Because there are many fearful and limiting blocks that were set into place early on in an individuals body experience, consciousness will be used to protect these limiting blocks. Until the individual is ready to let go of what no longer serves them, consciousness will continue to protect the body.

Being willing to shift consciousness away from the body fear that the ego is using to control consciousness will begin to teach consciousness that it is possible to break free of the unnatural hold that the ego/body is captivating consciousness with.

The Sanctuary Frequency was developed to support consciousness in moving into the emotional body. Here it is possible for consciousness to unite with Heaven and find the "peace that passeth understanding."

The purpose of consciousness is to direct, but first a decision must be made. This decision involves which direction to move in. The problem is, the ego does not want consciousness to move out of the body chaos and conflict it is in control of.

The ego is not a moderator that will attempt to inspire peace, as it thrives on conflict. The more consciously conflicted we are, the more mind chatter the ego can stir up. The more mind chatter we consciously engage in or agree with, the more we want to project blame onto an external person, place, or thing.

All projection of blame is an attack. What we do not consciously understand is that whatever we project onto someone else, will return to us. This is a Universal Law of Cause and Effect. When we attempt to attack someone else, which is cause, we are really only attacking ourselves, which is an effect. The Law of Cause and Effect is supposed to be a natural consequence, which would be a result of sharing higher emotions emanating from the Spirit. However, under the control of the ego/body, the unnatural destructive emotions that the ego uses to project or blame, is returning consequences to the one who is consciously supporting this attack. Value for value is not only a reward for a blessing, it is also what is returned to when a curse is projected.

The fear of an ego effect is a real problem at the body level. The ego is unnaturally passionate about the fear it uses to control us. Unlike the Living Emotions of the Spirit that are Loving and kind, the unnatural emotions of the ego are destructive to the body, and will eventually lead to body death.

The solution is to withhold our conscious agreement from the ego. This will prove to be most difficult in the beginning, as we customarily do not do anything without conscious agreement from the ego. Generally speaking, we allow the conflicts and chaos being directed by the ego to run rampant because of our conscious agreement.

When the Sanctuary Frequency is consciously used, we are reminded that we are more than an ego/body, and that we have a conscious choice to make that will allow us to escape the projections of fear that the ego is using to control us at the unconscious level.

Using the Sanctuary Frequency calls on us consciously to use inner focus. The true purpose of inner vision is to consciously focus on what is wanted. Vision and consciousness move together, unless vision has been placed under the direction of the ego. If it has, then vision is been distorted. The way to break free of ego control is to consciously make a new decision. This will shift inner vision towards what is wanted. In the past, there only seemed to be 2 ways of looking at an inner conflict. Both of these neve ended the conflict, but in fact kept the conflict going. This meant that either decision was still under the direction of the ego, but this has changed. We now have a new decision we can consciously make. This is a simple decision, but it will not be easy.

Making a decision to agree with the Spirit, means making a decision for Heaven. By using the Sanctuary Frequency, a frequency signal is sent out to the Heavens asking for individual conscious support. The purpose of this higher support is to elevate consciousness into the Spirit, and away from the unnatural attack sounds that coming from the emotionally warped ego. This will require focus, and the breath will help with this.

The breath belongs to the Spirit. The purpose of the breath has been distorted by the ego. When used properly, its primary function is to serve the Spirit. As the Spirit uses the breath, the body has access to the unlimited value in the Living Language that provides perfect health, perfect happiness, and perfect abundance. When the ego is in charge of the breath, it becomes a means to control the Spirit. Until we consciously decide to use the breath to support the Spirit, the ego will continue to limit us consciously by denying us access to our Spirit.

When the breath is consciously used to enter the Home of the Spirit, or the emotional body, consciousness, breath, and focus become One. As they become One, consciousness begins to elevate into the Home of the Spirit. However, remember this, the ego is extremely deceptive and will attempt to sabotage consciousness by increasing its attack on consciousness. As this occurs, resolve to consciously stay focused on the breath. This will eventually pay off.

By agreeing to consciously move inner focus away from the physical body with the help of the breath, individual consciousness will be Helped by the Higher Consciousness of Heaven.Once Higher Protection joins with the consciousness of the individual, the individual will be helped to find the Peace of the Spirit. You will know when you reach this Peace, as it is all encompassing. Even when consciousness returns to the body, this peace will return with you.

When the Sanctuary Frequency is consciously used along with this exercise, an invitation to the Heavens is sent from the individual Spirit to join. It is this joining with the Heavens that will eventually dispel all evidence of ego control.

This experience of uniting the Spirit with the Heavens cannot be duplicated at the body level. The primary focus of using Sanctuary, along with this exercise, it to consciously understand that there is an aspect of your Self that does not require the body's assistance to attain inner peace. Learning to consciously direct inner focus towards the Spirit will also allow us to establish Heaven on Earth.

This is the beginning of the end of the ego, as we have consciously found a Sanctuary where it is impossible for the the ego to consciously control us. In fact, the ego does not have access to emotional body, so it has no idea how to reach us.

In any situation, inner peace is the solution. Inner peace links the spirit/mind/body directly with the Heavens. It is here where all solutions are readily available to us. We do not need to "do" anything with the body, as the body is merely an interference when it is consciously used first in time.

The use of Sanctuary requires a conscious decision from us. It requires us to consciously use our Free Will to move out of the body to enter the Home of the Spirit. It requires us to give conscious access to the Spirit to our breath so our Spirit can understand our conscious decision. Finally, it requires us to consciously focus on our breath.

The Sanctuary Frequency can be used 4 times a day, or it can be used when the ego is attempting to run an old pattern of attack. By using the Sanctuary Frequency, it is learned that escape from the ego is not only possible, it is necessary.
